Juxtacortical Osteogenic Sarcoma

Abstract
|
|
|
Two cases of the juxtacortical osteogenic sarcoma observed in young men are reported here, and the references were reviewed.
One case occurred in a 22 years-old male soldier at the distal posterior aspect of the right femur. It was treated by local excision.
The other case developed in a 23 years-old male soldier at the proximal part of the left humerus, who died in 7 months of admission without surgical treatment because of metastasis to adjacent structures and lungs.
They were confirmed by a biopsy.
